In each assembly
The offices of the church
The Pastor
Leads the assembly according to the Word of God, holding responsibility for its spiritual welfare. He is head of the associate pastor, the deacons, the trustees, and the congregation, called to lead God's saints in wisdom and to bear their burdens in love.
The Associate Pastor
Carries the duties of the pastor in his absence, invested with the same charge to keep the assembly in order and to meet the needs of the saints. He reports the progress of the assembly to the pastor and undertakes no business without first bringing it to him.
The Deacons
A ministry of spiritual assistance to the pastors, apt to teach and ready to serve: they help serve communion, act as ushers, keep order in the services, assist with local offerings, and stand ready to help any saint in need.
The Trustees
Govern the business affairs of the assembly, protecting it in its financial matters, its investments, the care of its properties, and its expenditures, weighing every step that involves church funds.
The Sunday School Superintendent
Keeps the children's classes supplied and staffed, appointing and substituting teachers, guarding the timing so the classes never interfere with worship, and presenting the needs of supplies to the trustees.
The Congregation
The foundation and heartbeat of the assembly, the body of believers the leadership is called to serve.
The Constitution
Constitution and By-Laws
The society is governed by a registered Constitution covering its name and objectives, membership, office bearers, the administration of established churches, meetings, trustees, funds, and more.
